CLOSING SESSION – Who is committed to change?

This session should summarise and highlight the conclusions of all congress sessions including pre-symposia. The new Commitment to change concept will be discussed and presented, including decisions made by the participants of the congress to improve their practice and science work according to the adopted knowledge. This session will wrap up the main messages of the Congress, translated into different aspects of our profession. The main accent will be on decisions made to connect science and practice in advancing pharmacy all over the world.

Application-based session
At the conclusion of this application-based session, participants will be able to:
1.    Explain the importance of changes in advancing pharmacy profession.
2.    Demonstrate the commitment to change by concrete examples.
3.    Adopt the take-home messages of the congress.
4.    Define the self-defined commitments to change for everyday practice and science work.
