Students’ Package


The 75th FIP (International Pharmaceutical Federation) World Congress of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences will take place in Düsseldorf, Students can join this distinguished event through several ways: Germany, from the 29th September - 3rd October 2015. This already famous congress invites researchers, academics and practicioners from all over the world to discuss upon the topic “Better practice – Science based, evidence driven”.


●        by registering to the congress via the regular registrations on the FIP website with the following fees           (accommodation and meals not included):


before 14/06:    297,50 €

15/06 - 30/08:    416,50 €

after 01/09:        1190,00 €


●        or by applying for the Students’ Package which is organized by BPhD (Bundesverband der Pharmaziestudierenden in Deutschland e.V.), EPSA (European Pharmaceutical Students’ Association) and IPSF (International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation). Attendance fee is 415,00 € (all inclusive).

What is the Students’ Package?

With the joint efforts of BPhD, EPSA, IPSF and FIP, the Students’ Package offers students not only access to the full  educational content and sessions of the FIP World Congress and the pharmaceutical exhibition Expopharm, but additionally includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner, transportation to and from the venues and social program with other 100 pharmacy students from all over the world.


When and where?

The Students’ Package event will last 4 days and 4 nights (Tuesday afternoon, 29th September, until Saturday morning, 3rd October).

Students registered through the Students’ Package will be allocated in the A&O Hostel near the main train station of the city. The FIP Congress program itself will take place in the Congress Centre Düsseldorf, Germany - 30 min by metro from the accommodation venue.


What does it cost and how to apply?

The fee for the Students’ Package is 415,00€, and it comprehends access to all sessions and the full educational program of the 75th FIP World Congress, accommodation, travel between the venues, meals and social program during  the evenings.

Registrations will open on 01/05 via the official event page. There is only a limited space for students per country: 2 students per member country of EPSA and IPSF can take part. Places will be distributed within the countries via the “first-come-first-serve scheme”.
